Property Access
- Guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest, including:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery, Restrooms (Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- House Rules:
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Free parking is available on the property.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All bedrooms and bathrooms are provided with linens and towels.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a 'starter set' of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.).
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The property includes: high-speed internet, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, toaster, pool table, bed linens, climate control, basic dishes and silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, BBQ grill, hot tub, TV, and ironing board & iron.
Safety and Emergency Information
- This homeowner will be installing a single Ring doorbell to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
Other Critical Details
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
